The rooms are soundproof and spacious. the location is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and central Tromso. - Check-in is easy, and they allow for late check-out. - the staff are knowledgeable, efficient, and go the extra mile for excellent service.

For breakfast we went to the Enter Amalie Hotel, that was ok and the costs were immediately booked to our room in the Enter City. Location and facilities are good.

With 5 overnight stays it would have been nice if the room had been cleaned at least once.

I booked a brand-new deluxe apartment with a bathroom and a kitchenette.

The kitchen articles were a little sparse and some of them were already getting on in years.

Equipped kitchen enabled us to save money using groceries instead of restaurants. Large room, lots of natural light and good lighting. Heated bathroom floors.

Great location in downtown Tromso, the room was very clean, good security, and I loved having the kitchenette.

I didn't like the terrible view of apartments across the alleyway.

Room has a kitchen, that was perfect for us as a family visiting Tromso with our 23 months old daughter, we cooked food for my child and I think this is great as she is a very picky eater. Also it has laundry facility and it was great for us as my daughter got sick and we had to do laundry quite often. I highly recommend this hotel to the ones travelling with young kids

Curtains were thin and sunlight was in the room all the time, as it was 24 hrs daylight during our visit, it was really difficult to sleep in such a bright room
